Electrospark alloying installation (ESAI)

The IMESA-2006 is designed for manual firm alloy coating of the surface of metal parts by spark alloying method. IMESA-2006 contains two electrode-tool: the vibrating and rotating.

The mechanized MESA-14 installation is designed for automated firm alloy coating on the inner surfaces of metal parts, by a method of an electrospark alloying. The MESA-14 installation is included with CNC device, allowing to perform alloying of surfaces according to the given program.

Installation MEEL-14M is designed for mechanized coating of specified surfaces with hard alloy T15K6 by electric spark alloying (EIL), operating in two modes: automatic and manual.

The installation ESD-2060T is intended for manual deposition of metal and carbide coatings on the surfaces of complex shaped parts using the method of electrospark doping (ESA).
