This installation is portable, compact, modern and universal, as it provides in a wide range the energy transfer of storage capacitors (W = CU ² / 2, when the voltage varies from 20 to 60V and storage capacity from 100 to 1100 microfarads), which allows only the doping process according to the existing technological regimes, but also the development of new technological doping modes using different materials and alloys for parts and electrodes.
