The Pikor-Avtodor pavement inspection device is a high-resolution ground penetrating radar

The Picor-Bio device for detecting movement beyond obstacles is designed to detect people behind
walls, under rubble and behind any optically opaque obstacles (walls and ceilings of buildings,
including interfloor, unlit rooms, rubble from building materials of destroyed structures and rocks,
snow avalanches etc.), both moving and motionless (by moving and breathing). The device allows
the operator to "see through the walls" the number of people in the room, determine the distance to
them, see in real time whether they are moving or not moving.
