The compact instrument is designed for the measurement of the electric resistance to the direct current of various units, switchboard panels, small electric substations, electric apparatus and others, including the breaker contacts, bolted and soldered joints of the electric system circuits under the conditions of the noise of electrical field with the potential stress of up to 20 kV/m.
