The fast-recovering FRD diodes and the Angstrom production modules based on them are completely domestic products, produced on crystals of their own design and not inferior in performance to world analogues.

IGBT transistors are used as power switches to operate in high voltage and current areas.

Field MOSFET transistors manufactured by Angstrem are a completely Russian development, produced on self-developed crystals and not inferior in characteristics to world analogues.

The gyro is designed as a sensing element in inertial navigation systems (INS), attitude and heading reference systems (AHRS) and gyrostabilizers for different application.

The stand is designed for determination of angular velocities and angular position during tests and calibration of navigation, orientation, and control systems, as well as inertial measurement units. The stand consists of two frames with axes on racks. The control of frames and velocity monitoring are realized be means of three electronic modules embedded in racks and by the PC.
