The enterprise produces casts applying different methods of foundry, welding, thermal treatment, molding of plastics and rubber technical goods.

The main specialization of JSC “PA “UOMP” casting shop is production of high precision castings by method of casting under pressure and casting by investment patterns. In 2017 there was finished the large-scale reconstruction of production capacities and technical re-equipment as to reach a new level of investment patterns quality. During the works the main accent was made to automation and robotization of technological processes in order to maximally exclude the human factor influence on the products quality and to increase the labor productivity. So, right now the enterprise has a possibility to manufacture the moldings using the full cycle. At every stage the most modern production and test equipment is used, thus allowing finally to get the high quality cast bar within minimum time period at market prices.

Currently, the most advanced method of manufacturing body parts for CEA products is die-casting from aluminum alloys.
