The Grandmaster-PTP top-level Metronome-PTP-1U time server (Stratum 1 - NTP) is designed to synchronize remote devices over an Ethernet 10 / 100Base-T network using IEEE-1588-2008 (PTP), NTP or IRIG protocols. The server provides simultaneous operation of up to 128 PTP clients and up to 1 million NTP clients in steady state.
