The maximum temperature of the diodes during operation is not more than 85 ° C, for diodes
2A605, 2A608, KA608, 2A609, 2A613, KA613 not more than 125 ° C .;
Allowed changes in ambient temperature from minus 60 to plus 85 ° C, for diodes 2A605, 2A608,
KA608, 2A609, 2A613, KA613 from minus 60 to plus 125 ° C .;

The main type of electrical connection of the diodes: 2A605A / NT, 2A605B / NT, 2A609A / NT -
2A609G / NT - clamping contact and collet mount. Soldering is allowed at a temperature of no
more than 230 ° C for 3 s and no more than three solders.
The main method of mounting the diodes: 2A609A-5 / NT - 2A609G-5 / NT in the circuit is
thermal compression from the contact side of a smaller area (anode) and soldering from the contact
side of the negative base of the diodes (cathode). The maximum permissible number of contacts is
one. When thermocompression, it is recommended to use a gold wire. Repeated soldering and
thermal compression are not allowed.
