The basic technology of crystal assembly made it possible to organize the production (production) of both “simple” ICs and functionally complex LSI and VLSI developed by the Design Center in sealed ceramic cases of domestic and foreign manufacture.

The product range in 2016 amounted to more than 80 ICs in 20 types of ceramic-metal cases. On 300 m2 of industrial premises of NIIET JSC, 500 ICs are replaced per shift, 10.5 thousand ICs per month, 126 thousand ICs per year. The quality level of manufactured products corresponds to group 1 according to GOST RV 20.57.412-97.
Under implementation is the basic assembly technology “System in the Case” (System in Package - SiP) based on the methods of 3D assembly. NIIET OJSC also provides contract assembly services when crystal products are assembled by customer order.
