INDIRECT ELECTRIC BOILING PAN KPEM-100-OMP-H with the functions of electric tilting, mixing and cooling KPEM-100-OMP-H is designated for the preparation of broths, sauces, desserts, second and third dishes. Products can be prepared with or without mixing.
