A bank employee takes a photo during the customer survey, which is automatically processed and transferred to SmartTracker.FRAUD along with a scanned copy of the passport. SmartTracker.FRAUD works in several directions:

A new client is searched by the base of existing clients: it is checked whether it was previously registered under a different name.
a new client is searched by the “black list”: it is checked whether this person has ever been registered as a potential unreliable client.
Verification of the existing client is made: it is checked that the person is really who he appears to be, besides this, the client’s appearance is checked with his passport photo.
