Builders risk insurance (or course of construction) is a complex and flexible means of protection of financial interests for each project party. Insurance covers different types of builder’s and associated risks and consists of not only basic coverage, protecting against physical damage to building works, but can also have a more complex form, for example, include investor’s' loss of profit insurance.
