PURPOSE: Automatic Direction Finder (ADF) DF 2000 is designed for direction finding of aircraft (at the time of onboard radio transmitters operation) by 2-16-frequency channels, depending on the delivery option. ADF operating principle and format signal format provide the direction finding of the AM-modulated high-frequency signals using phase method. The ring vibrators electric shift of antenna array creating the one vibrator rotation effect is used in ADF.
