Large refrigerator fish trawler is one of most advanced fishing vessels in the world, it is designed for fishing for pollock and herring by means of pelagic trawl in Bering Sea and the Sea of Okhotsk, and also in adjoining areas of East coast of Russia. The design provides the equipment for processing and freezing of fish; its storage and transportation to a port; production of fish oil, pollock caviar, surimi and fish meal. The capacities of the fish processing plant and the fish meal plant allow to produce daily 60-80 tons of boneless fish, 80 tons of surimi and 250 tons of fish meal.
