Description

Spectron-205 is an infrared (IR2) fire alarm flame detector. Manufactured in compliance with international standards for highly reliable fire detection combined with a high degree of immunity to false alarms.

The detector is recommended for use in fire alarm systems in enclosed facilities.

The Spectron-205 detector is made in compliance with the requirements of technical means of fire automatics in accordance with GOST R 53325.

Housing materials of Spectron-205 detector:

Spectron-205 - ABS plastic;
Spectron-205-M - Galvanized steel;
Spectron-205-N - Stainless steel.
Spectron-205 detector is produced with a self-testing function and built-in Alarm and Fault solid state relays.

Spectron-205 detector is recommended to be installed indoors. To protect the detectors in the ABS housing from mechanical damage, it is recommended to use a protective grille.

Circuit board of the device is equipped with a 3-stage lightning and surge protector, which allows using it without additional equipment for overvoltage protection.

The design of the device and the position of the sensor allows to get the resulting diagram of the detection of ignition sources in the form of a 90° cone.

There are 4 operating modes of the detector with different sensitivity thresholds and signal processing time to reduce the effect of interference when the detector identifies a fire or the proximity of a suspected fire site.

By the sensitivity to the flame of the test fires TP-5 and TP-6 the detector belongs to the first class according to GOST R 53325.

The minimum response time of the detector to test flames TP-5 and TP-6 at a distance of 25 meters is 10 seconds
