Portable diagnostics kit (PDK) for evaluation of technical condition (TC) of a diesel engine is a hardware-and-software suite used for diagnostics of technical condition of diesel engine’s main elements and for generation of advisory about the objects condition at its complex maintenance.

PDK performs the following tasks:

Evaluation of technical condition of diesel engine’s:
Separate cylinders of cylinder-piston-unit;
Fueling apparatus;
Gas-air line

Quality evaluation of:
dynamic adjustment;
fueling apparatus;
diesel oil
Main diagnostics tasks are implemented using modern suite of portable hardware controlled by software and methodical ware for periodic monitoring of the object’s technical condition.

Measurable range of parameters:
in-cylinder pressure of the working medium: 0-200 kg/cm2;
pressure of air and exhaust gases in the engine’s gas-air line: 0-2.5 kg/cm2;
temperatures: 0-8000C;
revolution rate: 0-2500 RPM;

Technical characteristics of the vibration measurer-analyzer with software:
measurable revolution rate from 10 to 20000 RPM;
measurable impulsive acceleration amplitude from 10 to 90 Db;
normal power supply of the device: 4.8V;
power consumption of the device: 250mA;
permissible ambient temperature 10-50 °C;
