Transported by any means of transportation, except for transportation air, in accordance with applicable cargo transportation rules.

Stored in above-ground tanks at storages in accordance with safety rules for aboveground storages of liquefied ammonia approved by a national technical surveillance authority.
Cylinders with ammonia are stored at specialised warehouses or outdoors under cover to protect from precipitation and direct sunlight.
