Medical sterilizer "Ferroplast" - 5 is intended for thermal airborne sterilization of medical and manicure instruments, glass dishes and other cosmetic accessories heat-resistant up to 200 °C. The sterilizer provides for operation modes for disinfection and drying of manicure instruments and thermally-resistant accessories.

The sterilization chamber is developed by computer simulation to achieve maximum air injection providing for placing the instruments in the sterilization chamber on 3 shelves at the same time.

"Ferroplast" sterilize with the sterilization chamber loaded shall provide for automatic maintenance of temperature conditions in the range from + 85 °С to + 180 °С and the sterilization and disinfection holding time, as well as a user-programmable mode + 50 °С to + 200 °С, with an interval of 1 to 999 minutes. The mode data shall correspond to the parameters shown in table 1.

The force required to open and close the sterilizer door is no more than 150 N.
"Ferroplast" sterilizer has system for automatic emergency shutdown of the heating element at temperature of + 215 °C in the sterilization chamber, with an accuracy of ± 10 °C.
The sterilization process automatically stops, when the preset temperature deviations are more than ± 3 °C.
"Ferroplast" sterilizer provides for the operation modes sound and light indication system:
- sound and light indication of operation stages;
- digital indication of set and current values of the modes allowing for controlling the temperature in the sterilization chamber with a resolution of no more than 1 °C and time discreteness of no more than 1 minute
"Ferroplast" sterilizer meets the requirements of TR CU 004/2011 "On safety of low-voltage equipment" and TR CU 020/2011 "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment".
Mean time between failures is no less than 1000 hours.
The sterilizer continuous operation in operating mode is no less than 16 hours with mandatory break of 8 hours.
Average service life is 5 years.
The outer surfaces of the sterilizer allow for disinfection as per MU-287-113, when using disinfectants with addition of 0.5% detergent such as "Lotus", "Astra", etc.
The sterilizer shall be operated in premises with a range of ambient temperatures from + 10 °C to + 35 °C; relative humidity up to 80% at temperature of + 25 °C, atmospheric pressure of (84-107 kPa) 630-800 mm Hg.
