This can be achieved by implementing a specialized Software system under the title of the System of Descriptions, Recommendations and Statistics of Mammography Screening (SORS-MS), as well as by means of processing, transmitting and receiving medical images and conducting remote telemedicine consultations.
Preventive X-ray mammography is a method of the early detection of Breast Cancer (BC) in women older than 40 years. Efficiency of prophylactic mammography depends on compliance with the quality standards of mammography tests, professional skill level of doctors and experience in conducting similar large-scale tests.
The unique BC Screening System , developed by JSC “YSAR+”, is aimed at the practical implementation of a number of measures ensuring the efficient organization of the process of providing
public services using Innovative Screening Technology based on radiological diagnostic methods (utilizing a package of specialized Software for Telemedicine and the System of Descriptions, Recommendations and Statistics( SORS-MS) developed for mammography screening and diagnostics.

ORS-MS provides for:
- automation of the routine workflow of radiologists;
- quality control of diagnostics throughout independent interpretations by two or three radiologists;
- training course for the radiologists of health facilities of the primary unit;
- automatic exchange of medical information via telemedicine System ;
- statistics and analytics.

Project Objects:
1. Reducing BC mortality;
2. Increasing the efficiency of BC diagnostics at preclinical stage of the disease;
3. Ensuring support to medical personnel (in terms of information and education) at all stages of tests conducted on patients in accordance with international standards;
4. Implementation of IT technologies to ensure the standardization of BC screening;
5. Improving the quality of X-ray image interpretation and subsequent formalized description;
6. Performing routing procedures for women under examination depending on diagnosis category and in accordance with current international standards;
7. Increasing the quality and speed of the educational process for radiologists to improve their skill level;
8. Facilitating and accelerating the work of radiologists and improving the quality of their labor;
9. Creation of a unified federal registry (unified database) of screening and diagnostic tests for women with whom BC was detected, with possibility of performing statistical analysis and preparing various reports;
10. Conducting independent reviews (double review) of mammography tests by specialists from different medical institutions;
11. Ensuring the possibility of establishing direct communication between different specialists for consultation by using the built-in video-conference functionality and connecting with the Russian Medical Organization.

Commercial offer:
Price of the Commercial Offer and procedure of settlements
1.1 The price of the Software System supplied under the present Commercial Offer equals to 20,000
(twenty thousand ) 00 Euro, excl VAT.
1.2 . The Customer makes an advance payment under the official Contract between two parties in
the amount of 50% of the price of Licenses , which equals to 10,000 (Ten thousand) 00 Euro, doing so within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing of the official Contract and pursuant to the Supplier's Invoice.
1.3. Final payment in the amount of 50% of the price of Licenses to the official Contract , which equals to 10,000 (ten thousand ) 00 Euro, is made by the Customer within 5 (five) working days from the date of installation of the Software.
1.4. If the customer wants to buy two licenses at once, then will be made a discount.
Total cost: 20,000 (twenty thousand) euros.
