Description

LLC Ailiton makes microprobe Univet for capture of capillary blood from K2EDTA since 2008.

Production lines for the production of Univet tubes, developed by the company's specialists, have no analogues in the world. The peculiarity of the lines is not only complete automation of all stages of production of test tubes - from spraying of anticogulant to packaging of micro-tubes in boxes, but also a unique system of built-in quality control, the so-called "machine vision system", which tests each test tube before placing in the box.

Anticoagulant K2EDTA is introduced into the tube and capillary by special automatic devices that ensure high accuracy of its dosing and fine dispersion of application. Thus, in vitro Univet provides qualitative stabilization of the sample, and at the time of taking capillary blood, and during its storage.

The range of systems for taking capillary blood from k2edta brand Univet-three modifications of micro-tubes:
Univet-IIm — microprobe with capillary and additional cover. When using tubes of this type, there is a possibility to choose the technique of taking blood. Blood can be collected by means of the capillary integrated in a cover or by gravity by means of the built-in tray-ledge. The shape of the tube ensures its stable position on any horizontal surface.
Univet-Im — microprobe with lid. Designed for the collection of blood by gravity with the built-in tray-guide. The stable shape of the test tube is similar to the previous model.
Univet-I — cone-shaped microprobe with a lid on a loop.
