Description

Determination of composition of natural combustible gas is carried out by State Standard 31371-2008 (ISO 6974:2000) with calculation of heat value, Wobbe number, relative and absolute density by State Standard 31369-2008 (ISO 6976:1995). Chromatograph can be used in various industrial branches including enterprises of Gasprom group for commercial metering of natural gas. Chromatograph underwent pattern approval tests (Certificate RU.C.31.001.A № 40738), registered in state registry of measuring instruments under the № 45170-10, certified for regulatory compliance of explosion-proof framework (Certificate ТР ТС 012/2011 № RU.C-RU.ГБ04.В.00049). It has certificate ТР ТС 020/2011 № RU Д-RU.АЛ16.В.49303. Chromatograph successfully underwent operational tests in Mostransgaz, included in List of devices recommended for use in Gasprom, Open JSC.

Structure:

Hardware implementation of chromatograph analytical measurement scheme for determination of mole fraction of natural gas components: nitrogen, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons C1 – C5 and C6+ with evaluation of uncertainty of measurement results, with the use of two switchable packed columns and back flush technique, corresponds to the requirements of State Standard 31371.4-2008 (ISO 6976-4:2000). Components of natural gas are registered by thermal conductivity detector (TCD). 10-port valve of VICI company is used for sample injection. Control of integral parts of chromatograph that is column oven temperature control, detector control, control of valves, control of consumption of gas main lines, control of valve switching is done with help of microcontroller. Built-in diagnostic system allows to identify possible chromatograph malfunctions and calculation errors. Automated chromatograph calibration from the tank with calibration mixture is set. Structure and analytical scheme of chromatograph are covered by patent of invention.Chromatographic signal processing and combustion heat calculation, the number of Wobbe index, relative and absolute density is done with the help of programs “NetChrom” and “NetChromGas”, modified by order of “Gasprom”, and also with the help of personal computer, distanced from chromatograph up to 800 meters. Program underwent metrological certification (certificate № 242/ПО-6-2010).
