ADEMS Pro 2 M - kit for professional sharpening of manicure instruments.
Designed for professional sharpening of manicure and pedicure nippers, nail and cuticle scissors, pushers and tweezers.

The kit is demanded by workshops for sharpening tools used by nail masters.
High functionality and processability of the machine makes it possible to qualitatively sharpen a large number of manicure and pedicure nippers.

The kit is compact, mobile, used for field sharpening and maintenance, can be installed in mobile sharpening workshops.

- Use of abrasive and diamond discs of Ø 150 mm and Ø 200 mm;

- Installed system of accurate abrasive location ADEMS ASAB – replacement of the abrasive disk takes 5 seconds;

- Installed kit for quick change and fixation of abrasives ADEMS PROfix – helps to replace the abrasive and diamond disks in a minute without axial and radial run-out trueing;

- Manipulator of own manufacture safely fixes the sharpened tool and helps to set needed sharpening angle. The manipulator is assembled on industrial bearings, that makes movements of the clamp with the tool smooth and eliminates backlash when sharpening the tool;
- Modified motor shaft excludes vibration and run-out during operation;

- Mounting holes are placed on the machine’s body for installing additional equipment.

Tool sharpening is performed on abrasive or diamond disks. The abrasive disks are shaped to any profile, that widen the list of tools to be sharpened. Type of the tool to be sharpened is chosen on the manipulator’s clamp and sharpening angle is set.

To widen the functionality we recommend to get additional devices:

- ADEMS Helper – device for profiling and eliminating of abrasive disks run-out;

- ADEMS Hunter – device for sharpening of knives with equal width of the cutting edge at significant rounding radii;

- polishing kit – for polishing of the sharpened tools and other materials;

- set for serration – for applying microground grooves on cutting edge of the sharpened tool;

- set for honing - for scissors support surface honing.
