DNA-Plant is the kit for DNA isolation from plant raw materials
Kit of reagents intended for DNA detection from plant raw materials (leaves, sprouts, tubers, beans, pellets), plant production (flour, cereals), food products with components of plant origin (milk substitute, biscuit, flakes).
DNA is isolated for subsequent testing by polymerase chain reaction, NGS, etc.
DNA isolation method is based on reversible binding of nucleic acids at magnetic microbeads surface. It allows to undertake the isolation procedure in the tube for 1,5 ml. It is intended for effective and fast (~60 min) DNA isolation from plant raw materials and products of plant origin. Isolated DNA may be used for PCR and other genetic testing. DNA Isolation Protocol is adapted for automated DNA isolation workstation Tecan. Protocol may be modified to scale where it is required to get more DNA.
