The TV3-117 (ТВ3-117) engines

- Extension of the guaranteed service life to the first overhaul up to 2,000 hours

The TV2-117A(AG) ТВ2-117А(АГ) engines

- Extension of the service life between overhauls up to 2,000 hours

The VR-14 (ВР-14) gear box

- Extension of the service life to the first overhaul and the service life between overhauls up to 4,000 hours;

- Extension of the service life between overhauls of gearboxes repaired by JSC “UWCA” up to 2,000 hours;

- Extension of the assigned service life in operation up to 8,000 hours.

The VR-252 (ВР-252) gearbox

- Extension of the assigned service life up to 3,000 hours and the service life between overhauls up to 1,000 hours

The VR-8(А) ВР-8(А) gearbox

- Extension of the life between overhauls up to 2,000 hours

Arrangement of work performance:
To perform works on engineering the operator needs no later than one month before the scheduled start of works make a request specifying the products serial number, manufacturing date, operational time since new as well as after last overhaul, date and place of the last overhaul, place of operation. It is allowed to perform works on extension of the service life for another stage when the residual life is not more than 25 hours.

Authorized personnel:
All personnel of JSC “UEC-Klimov” authorized to perform works on the equipment have personal Certificates with a photo and a list of works permitted to be performed. An entry to the engine logbook on performed works is sealed with a numbered seal of the employee of JSC “UEC-Klimov” who performed the work.
