Modern aircraft and helicopter hangars are characterized by a variety of design and planning schemes, the choice of which depends on the type and quantity of equipment served, as well as on the direct purpose (maintenance, preventive inspection, storage of spare parts and removable units).
The specificity of hangars for aircraft and helicopters is that they are always structures equipped with wide aviation gates designed for the wingspan and width of the blades (for helicopter hangars).
During construction, the dimensions of the aircraft gates are calculated taking into account the technical parameters of the aircraft, while increasing the rigidity and reliability of the structure is required.

The design solutions are almost identical to conventional warehouse or production frame structures.
The only difference is the large size of the GATE.
