The harvesting production of Ryazan Radio Plant JSC has a fleet of modern high-tech equipment,
which allows the following types of work to be performed efficiently and promptly:
1 Turning work:
processing of parts such as axles, studs (groove, bore, etc.).
2 Milling work:
milling of planes, grooves, radii, processing of molded body parts
3 Turning turrets:
refinement of parts after automatic processing (removal of undercut, grooving, drilling, boring,
trimming, threading), manufacture from a pond.
4 Lathe-automatic works:
processing of parts on automatic machines of longitudinal turning, turning - revolving automatic
machines.
5 Cold forming operations with an effort of 25 - 250 tons from 0.6 mm to 5 mm:
Operations: cutting, drawing, punching, calibration, chipping, embossing, bending, flashing,
chasing.
6 Spring-coiling work:
winding of springs, both left and right of wire diameter from 0.4 to 3 mm, on spring - winding
machines, as well as manual winding.
7 Cold landing operations:
disembarkation from brass, copper, steel, aluminum (wire) details such as rivets, screws. The
diameter of the workpiece is 0.8-4.0 mm.
8 Metal processing on CNC machines:
(workpiece diameter: bar 3-45 mm; piece workpieces up to 300 mm)
processing of body parts from casting blanks or from plates of aluminum alloys.

9 Drilling and tapping:
drilling holes on conductors or on aggregate machines, as well as threading on desktop threads -
threading machines in silumin, steel, brass parts with thread diameters M 1.2 to M
10 (blunting, countersink)
