Our company has extensive experience in the manufacture of cases, panels, radiators and other
mechanical elements according to customer drawings. We work with various types of materials:
aluminum, brass, bronze, steel, etc., using the modern methods of turning and milling on machines
with numerical control. To solve these problems, we have our own metalworking shop, which
includes numerically controlled milling and turning machining centers, numerically controlled
turning machines, a waterjet cutting machine and a numerical controlled laser cutting machine.
Our company can receive orders for the manufacture of parts involving the implementation of a
wide range of materials processing services, such as:
- milling work;
-turning works;
- metalworking (drilling, boring, reaming and countersinking of various holes, threading, welding,
assembly);
- cutting: laser and hydroabrasive cutting of sheet materials;
- bending sheet materials;
- plating;
- application of paint coatings, including powder;
- mechanical engraving.
Also, our production is equipped with modern equipment and allows us to perform high-quality
manual and automatic installation of printed circuit boards in a short time. Having available a
surface mounting section (SMD), a section for manual mounting of boards, we can produce printed
circuit boards with both experimental and large-scale lots.
Surface Mount (SMD) is done using an automatic surface mount line. Having in its composition
modern equipment from manufacturers Samsung, Ersa, the surface mounting line has high
performance and allows you to install printed circuit boards of any degree of complexity.
The advantage of the surface mount line is the high productivity and quality of manufactured
products thanks to optical and x-ray control systems.
Output installation (TNT) is carried out on the site of manual installation and is performed by
highly qualified installers. There is a dubbing of the output elements after the surface mounting line,
as well as the installation of small-scale and prototypes. Also, the site provides washing products
according to customer requirements.
Mounting BGA components. Installation of such components is possible both on the surface
mounting line (for large-scale production) and with the help of a specialized Ersa repair center (for
experimental and small-scale production). We provide quality control of the installation of BGA
components using an X-ray inspection station. In addition, our experts perform the dismantling and
rebuilding of balls (rebolling) of BGA components, as well as the installation of BGA components
on a board with components already installed.
Moisture protection of products. To ensure the protection of products from environmental
influences, moisture-proof coatings are applied to the products. It is also possible to fill with epoxy
or silicone compounds winding products, cable connections, electronics products. There is the
possibility of impregnation of FL98 in a vacuum installation, bakelization.
