On the galvanic and varnish-and-paint section, 19 types of coatings are carried out according to 24
standard technological processes and are painted with any enamels and varnishes with conversion
and thermo-radiation drying of parts with dimensions of 800x2500 mm.
The following equipment was installed in the workshop: galvanizing line (zinc 6 micron chromatic,
zinc 6 micron colorless), galvanizing line in bells (zinc 6 micron chromatic, zinc 6 micron
colorless), anodizing line (solid anodic oxidation, chromatic anodic oxidation, black anodic
oxidation ), chemical nickel plating line (chemical nickel plating 6 microns, chemical nickel plating
12-15 microns), tin-bismuth line (copper 6 microns, tin-bismuth 6 microns).
The prices of galvanic and paint coatings are calculated specifically for each product, depending on
the area of the product, its weight and complexity in the manufacture of the coating.
