for milling and turning, press equipment with a force of 6.3 to 250 tons, equipment for argon-arc,
contact electric welding, injection molding machines for die-casting of aluminum alloys, equipment
for casting of plastic parts by hydraulic presses for processing thermoset materials with an effort of
6.3 to 100 tons.
In 2012, the installation of laser cutting of sheet metal was put into operation. The complex
provides stability of cutting parameters and full automation of the metal cutting process according
to control programs.
The maximum working area of processing on this machine is 2550x12250 mm.
During laser cutting of sheet metal, the obtained parts meet the requirements of high accuracy and
do not require further processing, the heat-affected zone is small enough to allow the processing of
thin and easily deformable materials.
