Today, waterjet cutting allows to obtain high precision cutting of high-strength and difficult-to-
process materials - the error is less than 0.1 mm with a cut width of 1 mm.
A unique feature of the technology is the absence of thermal influence on the material in the cutting
zone. Since the heat arising during the cutting process is immediately carried away by a stream of
water, the temperature in the cutting zone does not exceed 50-60 degrees. Therefore, thermal
deformation of the material, fusion or burning of the edges in the cutting zone is excluded.
The absence of pressing pressure, i.e., despite the high kinetic energy of the jet, deformation or
damage to the material in the cutting zone is eliminated and high precision and cleanliness of the
cut are achieved.
No dust or chips, chips or gases during operation. This makes the production environmentally
friendly, and also allows you to maintain high consumer qualities of the cut materials.
