Speaking about the final cycle of the production process, the stage of testing and measurement, it should be noted that over the years the NIIET has formed an entire scientific and technical school on the problems of testing VLSI, developed on the basis of SF blocks of signal processors, microcontrollers, analog blocks, as well as RF and microwave transistors and integrated products based on them, conducting the entire test cycle. Specialized software has been developed for testing, monitoring and measuring parameters of VLSI and RF-microwave products.
The test center of NIIET JSC is accredited for the right to test domestic and imported components, as well as its certification. The equipment and technical capabilities of the testing laboratory allow testing the IET for the impact of mechanical, climatic, electrical, structural factors, as well as tests for durability, reliability and storage, including certification tests and destructive physical analysis (XRF).
Over the years, NIIET JSC has established itself as a reliable supplier of Russian electronic components and currently occupies one of the leading places in the domestic microelectronics market.
