In accordance with the Russian law, SIBER offers protection of life and health of individuals, including protection from unlawful encroachment from a person or a group of persons.

All our employees undergo rigorous selection. Special attention is paid to physical condition and stamina of candidates, as well as to firing and martial arts skills. Since bodyguard services require specific mental qualities and special approach, we carefully check personal characteristics of each candidate. Only those employees who went through special training, passed psychological tests and obtained a permit to carry and use firearms, are allowed to ensure personal security of our clients. Among SIBER' staff are ex-officers of military organizations as well as former employees of the state and government security agencies, including Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) and Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation (FSO). Professional liability of our security guards is insured.

Personal security services are provided by the RTO-Guard Ltd. – a private security company (PSC) within the SIBER Group. PSC RTO-Guard is operating in accordance with the Federal Law on Private Investigation and Private Security Activity in Russian Federation.
