UPATS "Proton-KA" can be used on a public communication network, on departmental, dedicated, technological telephone networks and special purpose communication networks as an institutional-production automatic telephone exchange using channel switching technology and packet information switching technology with connection via primary access and interfaces of inter-station connecting lines with a transfer rate of 2048 Kbit / s with the implementation of the protocols EDSS1, QSIG, CorNET, ECMA_V2, signaling systems by 2VSK, alarm system OKS №7 (MTP, ISUP-R), protocols H.323, SIP, SIP-T, functions SORM.
Short list of services:
- internal telephone communication, both with city, and with reduced numbering and possibility of creation of own departmental network;
- a wide range of additional functions - call forwarding, incoming call notification, call parking, black and white lists, tampering, DISA, incoming call blocking and others;
- operational dispatch communication;
- video;
- subscriber access to public communication networks;
- voice mail;
- conference up to 127 participants;
- recording of conversations with the possibility of listening from the personal account of the subscriber;
