Installation of regeneration of pickling solutions
Designed for the regeneration of etching solutions in the waste-free process of etching printed circuit boards. The process of regeneration of the pickling solution contains two cycles proceeding separately from each other.

In the first cycle, the pickling solution is continuously restored in terms of pH. In the second cycle, copper is recovered from spent pickling solution on flat bipolar electrodes of the electrolyzer.
The regeneration unit can operate both independently and as part of an etching unit. The modular principle of the regeneration unit allows the use of several units simultaneously.
