Description
The input module provides the correct input of blanks to the line for further processing. It houses the unit and the control panel with a line, and a two-stage water treatment system is installed on the back wall to fill the modules' tanks and to power the refreshment system.
The module of degreasing makes chemical cleaning of preparations. The process is carried out using a spray system consisting of several spray headers and corresponding nozzles.
The module of warm washing cleans preparations from the remains of chemical products. The process is carried out using a spray system consisting of several spray headers and corresponding nozzles.
The module of 2 cascade washing clears preparations from the remains of chemical products. The process is carried out using a spray system consisting of several spray headers and corresponding nozzles.
A flushing module with a submersible ultrasonic cleaning device clears the workpieces from mechanical impurities by creating oscillations of water at a certain frequency in the submersible bath.
The drying module dries the blanks after they have gone through the whole process through the entire line, and then the billets leave the line.
