The performance of the equipment meets the requirements of the program - 5500 dm2 / day. We offer here 38 units of new industrial equipment manufactured by global brands, which forms a complete production line. The following lines, machines, installations are fully equipped and after their installation can be put into operation while ensuring their respective communications:

power supply (220V and 380V);

providing hoods;

compressed air supply;

water supply to the line and facilities (urban and demineralized);

organization of effluent active solutions and wash water.

This set of industrial equipment will allow not only to solve production problems of one or two years, but it can work for 8-10 years in 2-shift mode (at least) with proper operation and routine maintenance.

Also included are all engineering and technical measures for the delivery of equipment (meetings and consultations with equipment manufacturers to integrate it into a single production line, taking into account the latest technological advances; transport logistics, export packaging, preparation of all documentation on installations; consolidation of all equipment in a warehouse before shipment; Electromechanical testing of all equipment before shipment.

Price structure

The price of each piece of equipment includes the following components: the price of the manufacturer (supplier) + the price of transportation + the payment of VAT and customs duty + the price of export packaging + the price of insurance + the cost of translation into Russian. As an OPTION, we offer manufacturer-recommended sets of spare parts for all the above equipment, including spare spindles for drilling machines.


A. Installation, commissioning, training, commissioning of all the named equipment, production of a test batch:

6 specialists within 2 full working weeks for installation and trial starts;

2 specialists within 2 full working weeks for running the equipment into the production line and conducting briefing / training;

2 specialists during the full working week for training the Customer’s personnel and issuing a pilot batch of printed circuit boards, including the cost of visas and flights, hotel accommodation, meals).

B. Project technical support


2 months after the equipment was commissioned, 2 specialists come to the factory for 2 full working weeks to:

conducting additional training;

transfer of technological knowledge;

recommendations and assistance on the organization of the quality control system;

checking equipment operating parameters, carrying out routine work on equipment (if required), including the cost of visas and air travel, hotel accommodation, meals.


Within 6 months after the launch of the equipment into operation, we undertake to provide consulting services by phone or email.

Delivery conditions

1. Price is indicated for delivery on the basis of DD.P. (including transportation, insurance, payment of VAT, customs duties and other fees, mandatory when importing equipment to the Russian Federation).

2. Delivery time: 16-18 weeks after receiving your first payment.

3. Payment condition: 50% - advance payment, 40% - within 2 weeks before shipment, 10% - within 10 days after the date of signing of the Equipment Acceptance Act. Payment in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank on the day of payment.

4. Manual on the use of equipment in Russian.

Warranty period: 12 months from the date of installation and launch, but not more than 15 months from the date of the bill of lading
