Installation of drilling substrates
Designed for drilling and milling holes in the dielectric substrates of the cellars or policor. The substrate is drilled using diamond horseshoe-shaped drills, which are installed in the spindle collet. To obtain high quality holes, we used a spindle for precision machining with a beat at the end of the shaft of 3 microns.

The Ruselectronics holding companyDescription
The positioning of the diamond drill relative to the substrate occurs along the three coordinate axes X, Y, Z. The accuracy of positioning on each axis is not worse than 0.05 mm. Processing of the workpiece occurs in automatic mode according to a predetermined control program.
For productive work on the installation, software was developed that allows you to quickly and accurately position the substrate in the installation coordinate system, run the processing program for its processing, and then monitor the position of the holes obtained using an image obtained from a digital camera.
Specifications:
Overall dimensions of the processed substrates, mm 60x48
Accuracy of positioning the workpiece along the X and Y axes, not worse than +/- 0.05 mm
Accuracy of positioning of the workpiece along the Z axis, not worse than +/- 0.005 mm
Spindle speed, rpm up to 24000
Overall dimensions, mm 1100х845х1440
Weight, kg 470
