The MP-200 installation is intended for installation of plates / substrates on frames using film carrier. This operation is performed immediately before cutting the plate into separate crystals and consists in fixing the plate on the adhesive film and the steel frame.

The device allows working with both conventional and UV-sensitive films, ensuring their uniform tension and adhesion to the plate / substrate without the formation of air bubbles. The system has a built-in digital temperature controller that maintains the required temperature in the working area and ensures repeatable installation. For convenience in work and increase in productivity, linear and circular knives are available in the installation, cutting off the remnants of the film.
