MIM-340 Laser microscope with a long-running object table
The MIM laser microscope is intended to carry out 3D analysis of a reflective surface in a micro- and nanoscale, aimed on the
acquisition of high accuracy data on a sample surface structure.
The MIM can be used to carry out fundamental and applied investigations in
microelectronics, technological control of the quality of microstructures and nanostructures
in the industry.
