Generator of the technological current (gtc) of ehs For machines of electrochemical processing
GTC SP EHS is a power case which is integrated into the electrochemical machine EHS-5000 or machine-tools of other models. Consists of blocks like power grid switches, control and management block, secondary power supply, and from two to ten power blocks for production of technological current. The SP of EHS has two independent power circuits with possibility of production direct or pulse technological current.

Advantages of GTC SP EHS:

In direct current mode:
- target tension with continuous adjustment, V10 - 20
- the maximum level of the load current, A3 000
In pulse current mode impulses are formed with these characteristics:
- peak value of tension with continuous adjustment, V 10 - 40
- the voltage pulses duration, ms 0.3-3
- discreteness of setting pulse duration, ms ± 0.1
- pause duration, ms 1 - 10
- discreteness of setting pause duration, ms ± 0.1
- impulse front duration, ms ± 0.1
- the maximum peak value of the load current, A 10 000
- forming packets of pulses any configuration
- quantity of impulses in a pack 1 -10
- pauses duration in a pack 1-10 Timp.
GTC SP EHS allows reception and installation of operating modes and parameters of target signals defined by the operator of the machine for each of the circuits from CNC, and also indication of the following modes and circuit working parameters on the CNC monitor :
- an operating mode (a pulse or direct current, without/with alignment, etc.),
- the output voltage (average value),
- magnitude of the current of loading (average value),
- impulse duration (in a mode of a pulse current),
- pause duration (in a mode of a pulse current),
- temperature of the current-heated parts of the power units,
- cooling liquid availability in cooling system of GTC SP EHS.
GTC SP EHS provides operator with information about alarm or emergency situations on the CNC display:
- lack of cooling liquid in cooling system of GTC SP EHS,
- overheating of the heated parts of power units,
- case doors of GTC SP EHS are not closed.
Alarming or emergency situations are accompanied by a sound signal with a simultaneous blinking of alarming lights column and message transfer to CNC with the indication of the cause and exact time of of the event.
Emergencies lead to shutdown of a power part of the corresponding circuit of GTC SP EHS (lack of tension on target plugs).
The operating modes establishment time for GTC SP EHS does not exceed 5 minutes.
