The bowl and the body of the vacuum cutter are made of high-grade food grade stainless steel.
The vacuum lid has a hatch of transparent material for visual observation of the process of preparing minced meat and adding components during the cutting process.
The main features of the cutter:
-In the drive of the knife shaft, an imported frequency converter is used, which allows for smooth acceleration and stopping of the knife shaft. Provides additional protection control circuit. Management to be made on five set speeds up to 4500 rpm;
- There are two low-speed reverse mixing speeds;
-The drive of the unloader's disk also uses a hydraulic motor, which provides the possibility of smooth control of revolutions.
- Display unit - the liquid crystal display is located in a place convenient for the operator, on the control panel. Displays the main parameters of the vacuum cutter: the temperature of the stuffing, the number of revolutions of the knife shaft and bowl, the degree of vacuuming, the cutting time;
-The shape of the bowl has an optimal shape with a large cutting area. Surface treatment is performed with high precision on CNC grinding machines, this allows you to set the minimum gap between the bowl and the knives. All this, together with a high speed of rotation of the knife head, provides excellent minced meat development;
- The cup has three speeds of rotation, smooth start-up and a stop;
-Kutter vacuum has a massive bed, all nodes are well balanced, made a layer of sound absorption, which causes a low level of vibration and noise.
- Programming of speeds of rotation of a knife shaft in compliance to requirements of the Customer is possible.
- The electrical circuit is assembled on components manufactured by Schneider Electric or ABB and meets all modern requirements. Frequency converter, power and executive automation are installed in a separate cabinet made of stainless steel and connected to the cutter with cables. Standard cable length 10 meters;
- The vacuum cutter is completed with an original knife head for 8 or 10 knives as KRÄMER + GREBE.
- Hydraulic vacuum and knife cover, and hydraulic loading device, lifting / lowering the unloader, rotating the disk unloader provide increased reliability and ease of maintenance of the machine.
