Matrix photosensitive device with charge coupling FPPZ 33M
The device consists of a crystal matrix CRF with interline transfer on the basis of silicon, placed in a sealed metal-ceramic case with a glass input window. The photosensitive field of MFPP contains a matrix of pixels and charge-coupled vertical registers (CCD) for transferring charge from photodiodes to horizontal registers.

DESCRIPTION
The photosensitive matrix device was developed in four versions: FPPZ 33M, FPPZ 33M-1, FPPZ 33 M – 2 and FPPZ 33M – 3.
The photosensitive field contains 1024 × 1024 pixels, 1024 vertical CCD registers and two horizontal registers.
The direction of charge transfer horizontal registers - from the center to the edges. The progressive scanning of the FPCS allows the formation of a video signal from all pixels of –2 × 512 (N) × 1024 (V) in each frame.
Application
optical systems of a visible range of a format of 1 inch;
TV systems remote sensing and technical
view for precise determination of coordinates.
