performance element base, which allows to perform high-speed processing of traffic on Board and
provide multiplexing taking into account adaptive load rebalancing, as well as to provide the possibility
of highly loaded information exchange of base stations of mobile broadband radio access
communication facilities, built on the principles of SDR, adapted to work in the structure of multiservice
communication networks SDN.
