Vacuum cutter A170-125 with a bowl volume of 0.125 m3 is intended for fine grinding of all sorts of meat and mixing it with additional components under vacuum in the manufacture of all types of sausages, sausages and wieners. The vacuum cap consists of two parts. The first part is used when loading and unloading raw materials, components, product in the operating mode.
