Pressure shaping of ingots (blank parts) from aluminum alloys enables manufacturing of a wide range of aluminum products: profiles, bars, sheets, plates, wire etc.

Lightweight aluminum alloys series 5000 with scandium: 01570, 01571,01523,01515,1545K,1597 according to TU, with strength properties exceeding by a factor of 1,5 – 2 the traditional alloys series 5000 without scandium (RF patents: 2081934, 2082808, 2082809,2233345,2343218).

Aluminum ingots may be produced from customer-furnished metal; besides, homogenization and machining of ingots may be performed: cutting, lathe turning, boring.
