The software package provides:
creation of a unified automated technological process for the preparation and maintenance of
mobilization planning documents in the mobilization units of the TsIOGV of the subject of the
Russian Federation and the compulsory medical insurance of municipalities;
prompt receipt of information about all objects (organizations, enterprises, institutions) of each type
of economic activity to assess the status of production capacities at all levels.
The software package allows you to automate:
collecting data on the mobilization capabilities of enterprises (organizations);
formation of mobilization plans for the economy of municipalities based on data on enterprises
(organizations);
the formation of sectoral mobilization plans for the economy of the subject of the Russian
Federation;
the formation of a mobilization plan of the economy of the subject of the Russian Federation on the
basis of mobilization plans of the economy of municipalities and sectoral mobilization plans of the
economy;
analysis of the mobilization capabilities of enterprises (organizations), municipalities and the
subject of the Russian Federation.
The software package operates on the basis of workstations certified under the requirements of
FSTEC of Russia under the control of Microsoft Windows XP / 7/8 OS and DBMS Linter
BASTION 6.0.
The software package has a certificate of conformity issued by the FSTEC of Russia. The maximum
signature stamp of the processed information is “top secret”.
The unified database structure of the software complex and its information and calculation tasks allows you to use this complex to solve mobilization planning problems in any subject of the federation, as well as at the federal level.
