Optical-electronic module "Polet-1"
Joint stock company " Chelyabinsk radio plant "flight", a part of JSC "Concern " VEGA" , in a short time
developed and released a fundamentally new product, which is innovative for the enterprise-optical-
electronic module "Flight-1". OEM "Polet-1" is designed for round-the-clock monitoring of territories and can be used in the protection of critical facilities (nuclear and hydroelectric power plants, oil and gas pipelines, airfields, dams, oil storage facilities, etc.), infrastructure of cities and enterprises.

Description
The main components of the module are manufactured according to State standards at domestic plants.
The module uses three channels for image acquisition: thermal imaging - for operation at night; color
and black-and-white-for observation during the day.
The original software developed at JSC "Chelyabinsk radio plant "Polet" has passed metrological
examination and State registration in the Federal intellectual property service. Issued a patent for a
utility model.
Repair and service of the module, including the thermal imaging channel, is carried out by specialists of
the joint Stock company "Chelyabinsk radio plant "Polet "(without export outside the Russian
Federation).
The prototype of the OEM "Polet-1" passed operational tests, where it showed high technical
characteristics and proved itself as a reliable means of round-the-clock surveillance.
On February 20, 2012 the Interdepartmental Commission signed the Act on assignment of
documentation for the product of OEM "Polet-1 "letters" O1 " for the organization of serial production.
On may 17, 2012 the Act and The decision on completion of tests with the recommendation on
expediency of acceptance of the module on supply were signed.
Currently, work is underway on the integration of the OEM "Polet-1" with the radar station "Outpost",
developed and manufactured by JSC "Concern " VEGA".
IN THE OEM "FLIGHT-1" ARE INTEGRATED:
color television camera with a lens that provides a continuous change in the field of view;
high sensitivity black and white television camera with lens providing fixed narrow field of view;
thermal imaging camera based on a cooled photodetector, which allows to conduct round-the-clock
surveillance and provide detection and recognition of the object type "man" at a distance of up to 4 km.
The software arm OEM "FLIGHT-1" implemented:
the algorithm for tracking the object;
object motion detector;
support high resolution FullHD;
program monitoring system;
image stabilization algorithm;
panoramic view;
software correction of video stream;
ability to archive still images.
APPLICATION:
For monitoring areas in the protection of critical facilities (nuclear and hydroelectric power plants, oil
and gas pipelines, dams, oil storage facilities, etc.), infrastructure of cities and enterprises, as well as for
other cases of observation. The module design allows to carry out search, detection and recognition of
moving and stationary targets in any time of the day, panning the observed terrain in the sector of 360°,
the set points preset, program scan management of priority sites for monitoring, automatic and manual
capture (fixation) of the observed object with the withdrawal of its trajectory on the monitor, the
implementation of snapshots on command of the operator, tracking objects, software correction of the
video stream to improve the quality of the image, and archiving video and snapshots.
