Description

Sampling is carried out by an external manual or built-in electric sampling device (delivered by
additional order).
The scope of gas analyzers is the explosive zones of rooms and outdoor installations in accordance
with regulatory documents governing the use of electrical equipment in hazardous areas.
In terms of protection against dust and water, gas analyzers comply with the degree of protection
IP54 according to GOST 14254
Gas analyzers have an explosion-proof design and meet the requirements of TR TS 012/2011. Type
of explosion protection used in the gas analyzer – “intrinsically safe electrical circuit“ ia ”,
explosion protection mark 0ExiasIICT4 X.
DESCRIPTION
Gas analyzers are portable continuous instruments.
The principle of operation of the measuring channels of gas analyzers:
■ Optical infrared - through the measuring channels of the volume fraction of methane, propane,
carbon dioxide and saturated hydrocarbons (C2-C10).
■ Electrochemical - through measuring channels of the volume fraction of hydrogen, oxygen, mass
concentration of carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, ammonia.
The sampling method is compulsory.
The device has the function of light (red LED) and sound signaling when the set values are
exceeded.
