Main technical benefits of the equipment
possibility of feeding spraying materials from two powder feeders simultaneously or alternatively during the process;
equipped with all necessary safety interlocks (for water, air, oxygen, acetylene, ventilation), which provide safety operation of equipment;
set of different barrels item for providing various depth of powder injection;
software of control unit include independent safety block, which prevent starting up of equipment in case of using dangerous cyclograms, failure or break-down of valves or controller.
Vertical manipulator
Manipulator provides mounting and automatic program moving of detonation gun within the limits 0...400 mm Changing of manipulator location is performed manually by means of base design with moving rolls and relatively lightweight of manipulator.
Parts Manipulator
Manipulator provides positioning and moving of details. By means of control system, associated movements of detonation gun and spraying detail are guarantee obtaining of uniform coating with required thickness through all sprayed surface.
