Intended use:

casting of aluminum ingots and components: hot tops for crystallizers, lining plates, spouts, pipes, filters, feeders, troughs, gantries, bushings, nozzles, feed-control devices, pipes, adjusting gears, floats.

Characteristics:

• Lack of chemical interaction with aluminum melts;

• Operating temperature - 700-800 °С;

• High heat-resistance – up to 50 thermal cycles;

• Low thermal conductivity – 0,2-0,6 W/m•K.
